I always was under the impression Jahan was actually Mr Supportist? Maybe there could be a mini NL comp to see who's the best at supporting.

If you are going for that kind of comp, then I?m in, no questions asked.
I?m have almos always been good on adding realistic supports, but the latest project have helped me improve much in both supporting and trackbuilding.

So bring it on!

Edit: Will probably not put up a new pic today, because of some slow progress.

Edit2: Who am I kidding, here is a part of what I did today.

Lucifer looks bloody good. Andre's next meisterwerk will once again amaze, I'm sure of that.

Eurofighter should be released tomorrow afternoon (GMT). Look out for it.

Lucifer looks bloody good.

Thankyou [:D] I havent uploaded rides much on this site before, only one. A few people tend not to like my rides as i dont care if Gs go yellow or red, because in real life you dont have Green, yellow and red Gs. I will quite happily let my ride reach 5.3gs for a split second, as realistically, rides CAN. Hell it may be uncomfy for a second, but it would sure be thrilling, and could happen. Schwarkopf made numerous rides that have Gs well over 5, and he even made steelies with laterals over 1. I think we should have more rides like Schwarkopf rides, Traver rides, Prior and Church (gotta love the airplane coaster at rye, shame it was taken down before i even existed though lol It truely looked a masterpiece) rides and herb Schmeck coasters.

Anyway a little off topic, lol.
loefet how do you have the patience to do that. I get bored when adding cutom lateral bracing to my woodies, and then start new projects. It looks awesome, a little unrealistic maybe, but insanely awesome so who cares [:D]

Anyway, my new coasters to look out for over the next year:

http://nldc.interfix.net/p1066 --- my main project which should be released in the next 4 months.

http://nldc.interfix.net/p1247 --- This ride was made very quickly not that long ago, and i just need to theme it and add custom supports. Dont have a clue when it will be realeased

http://nldc.interfix.net/p1197 --- Very quick project (in trackwork) that im using to test my 3ds skills. To be honest, track work isnt perfect, but all i want to do with this is test my 3ds skills before i go on to get another piece of 3ds software so i can do more. Currently im only using OC and Anim8or.

BTW ive never ridden one of your rides Crazycoaster, and i cant see much from the screenshot, but i gather they are good from what people have said around this site since ive been here, so i cant wait to see that.

My latest part of the supports and the last one of these big ones.

I have som places where it?s single track and I?m not shure if I will use that kind of support for those places, but I think I will do standard Intamins for places.

Think that this will be the last photo update for a while now. Not much big things will happen now until it?s finished.

Loefet, I'm wondering how most people's FPS is going to survive your coaster, seriously, I'll probably be running that thing slower than thunderhead falls runs.

At the moment my lowest fps i get is 20 (on 2 places on the track) it?s normally 30 - 60+ fps, but I?m still long way to go.

Tested thunderhead falls and got about the same on that one, but the lowest i got on that one was about 8 fps.

So you can compare, I have a:

AMD xp2000+
768 MB ram
Geforce Ti4400 128 MB
Resolution in NL 1024x768

Most of the 3ds work has been finished, and supporting has begun. Please tell me what you think, and suggestions for things i should add are very welcome.

I will post some more pics of the supports when i get home.

The supports are based on these ones on the new superman ride at WBMW Australia. The whole ride is based on them. It doesnt look quite right though but its the only way i can properly support, due to the tunnel underneath the top hat, and the crossover underneath aswell. Xcelerator type supports wouldnt work, as they collide with the airtime hill under the top hat, and neither will TTD style supports, or even stealth style. The stealth style dont fit in properly. Ive tried. :( lol

Soon ready with the supports, just adding flanges and some footers, and that part is then ready.
After that I will finalize all the 3Ds and then its complete, it will atleast take until next year until I release it, because of lots of schoolwork ahead.
