Cheetah Hunt- Intamin for Busch Gardens Tampa

It seems unlikely considering there are none of them in the Orlando area, but from the plans this does looks like its something Intamin would do. I'd always assumed the wingwalker was an Orlando-proof ride, assuming it is perfected. I would love to see that built in that area.

    Amsterdam -> Walibi World

How did this all work out for you then? Last time I went, it just seemed ridiculously expensive (Train, bus, and park entrance), and quite a long journey. It just didn't seem worth it at all, especially when the only decent rides are Goliath and maybe Robin Hood too. The train seemed to be...

    Wing Walker

To all the nay-sayers, it's called Furius Baco, not Mild Baco, not even Moderate Baco. The ride isn't even painful; but it is definitely crazy - and thats how rides should be. I'm so tired of rides that gently caress you all the way round. That is all.

    B&M Hypers; for or against?

Forgetting airtime for a second, the layouts are painfully mediocre. Whilst Intamin are experimenting with fast ground hugging turns and twisting hills, B&M seem to have bought a vast overstock of standard camelbacks, thrown them together with a few unimaginative turns, then followed all...

Intimidator 305 - Kings Dominion Giga coaster

This thing looks really exciting. Its nice to see they're trying something a bit different, huge lift followed by a layout very close to the ground; rather than the usual hill followed by 5 more hills (yawn). The layout also fits in a better with the race car theme. But I have to agree that...

Thirteen, Intamin ''psychoaster'' - Alton Towers 2010

That question has been asked before but the general opinion is that it has far too many wheels concentrated in a short space for just a simple station or break run - so it is almost certainly for a lift hill. What I don't get is - why does it matter what sort of lift hill it has? One thing...

Thirteen, Intamin ''psychoaster'' - Alton Towers 2010

It's safe to say that they're going for a very similar experience to Expedition Everest; a family coaster with a secret surprise element. The worlds first doesn't mean it wont be family orientated. The main difference though is the haunted theme, but it certainly doesn't put it anywhere near the...

Thirteen, Intamin ''psychoaster'' - Alton Towers 2010

Furius Baco? Although I never understood why they cant do 4 per row by just doing Furius Baco style trains but have the 4 seats over the track rather than to the side. Regardless, I think 2 per row rides are more exciting in ways. The train can traverse quicker and its more exposed.

Loefet is right. This is Intamin.

New ride for PortAventura in 2011?

Please no, don't let this happen to a good park.

''Tornado'' - Intamin spinning coaster for Bakken

Any good on-ride videos flying about? I've only found the following one, but it's almost pitch black the whole way round. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRlhezbLK8M

iSpeed, Intamin LSM coaster for Mirabilandia in 2009

Although your theory does make a lot of sense, ultimately I haven't found this to be the case. Superman at Parque Warner Madrid has a trim in the latter half of the ride, and it trims the thing to death on every single circuit. To put it bluntly, there are no exciting forces going on after...

    Thoughts on Saw

This ride was fairly disappointing for me. Theming is fairly good, but the ride wasn't nearly as intense as I thought. Then again, I'm not sure why I had high expectations anyway. I just sort of thought because the trains are so short, it meant that the transitions could be tighter. I thought...

''Tornado'' - Intamin spinning coaster for Bakken

I like the look of this. Not going to Bakken for it though. I'll wait till they bring it to a bigger park.

    Gigs 'n' Tours

GIAN was the ****test thing since **** was invented. Poor line up, didnt even sell out Earls Court, and the headline act on the day I went (HIM) was completely poor - infact they obviously just used the whole thing as a warm up for their next tour and Metallica Wembley Stadium support. I...

    Gigs 'n' Tours

Well all of a sudden there is a Linkin Park date in May at London Astoria. Only cost ?17.50, sold out in a matter of minutes, I found out about it 40 minutes late! How annoying is that, really wanted to see them as I never got a chance back when they were originally touring. Of course, they're...

I suspect you're trying to imply that MCR are a good band. *shakes head in dissapointment*

    Gigs 'n' Tours

Definately 'amazing'. Their sh*t riffs will make Muse look even better.

    Gigs 'n' Tours

GIAN does seem a bit lame, a few good bands I want to see scattered all over the three days. Although I'll probably still be going on either Friday London or Saturday Birmingham, the day with HIM and Alexisonfire. Not sure what The Used are doing in the middle there, they're a bunch of arse.
