What is the steepest log flume?

Nightmare Niagara wasn't that steep, it's just the angle of that photo. The one at Seabreeze is ridiculous though. I don't pay much attention to Log Flumes, but it's the steepest traditional one I've seen / been on.

Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro

Thanks for the commentz sexy people <3. Croatia It was quite fab getting a passport stamp for Croatia as they're joining the EU in July (meaning they'll stop stamping other EU passports), so excluse <3. Once we got to the coast it was pretty, but after 7 hours on the coach we just wanted to...

Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro

The next day we'd booked a couple of seats on a minibus fom Belgrade into Bosnia (Sarajevo). It was supposed to turn up at 6am, so we got up at arse o'clock, but it didn't BOTHER arriving until 8. We were fuming. After a few hours we were at the border This river was weird... SUCH SEDIMENT...

Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro

Minced to these countries with Ben last week. I didn't take an actual camera so didn't take loads of pics (and some of them look like they were taken with a butternut squash), but heh. We arrived in Belgrade, Serbia on Monday 6th. We were quite stuck for time so grabbed a taxi from the...

EPCOT New Attraction Being Announced Soon

It would have to be a fairly major country with obvious stereotypes. Russia or Australia could work, but something like Taiwan wouldn't stand out because your average yank doesn't know enough about it and it's too similar to China. I doubt they'd bother with another arabic or european country. I...

Coasters that seemed ahead of their time

The Eurofighters with their beyond vertical drops deserve a mention; http://rcdb.com/2163.htm Look at the "facts" section at the bottom. This makes me laugh! The same can be said for anything that was a first though?

    X goes forward

Wait... people actually expected this to be good? Wow. I don't see why they've bothered to be honest. They've pretty much alienated younger kids from the park at this point, so the lower height restriction is just bleugh. At least there was SOMETHING unique about it before. They should have...

Alton Towers | The Smiler | Gerstlauer Infinity

Re: Alton Towers | The Smiler | Unknown Gerstlauer World's 1 Hmm, they do still have quite a while, and the weather will hopefully get a bit better, so should it should be OK. I don't really care though as I'll probably go a month or so after it opens anyway. The Oblivion thing is a bit...

Top Thrill a league above Kingda Ka?

I actually thought Ka was amazing. Didn't find it rough, but I was at the front... I'm sure TTD is better though. The 'airtime' hill on Ka didn't really do anything for me, plus lap bars would have been fab <3.

Mitch Hawker Steel Coaster Poll 2012 - Results!

The Mega Lites are fab, but they're not top 10 material and should not be listed separately. I haven't done this poll for a couple of years now because it's such a burden, so that's all I'll say.

Six Flags Magic Mountain | "Full Throttle" | multi launch

Re: Six Flags Magic Mountain | "Full Throttle" | multi launc Everything was running fine when I went in 2009. It was quite busy but everything was running more than 1 train... maybe they spite trains when it's a bit quieter, meaning the queues actually get longer? My opinion isn't very valid...

Flamingo Land | "Hero" | Zamperla Volare

Hero is a dreadful name. Knock-off Superman I guess? I love how they keep getting kiddie coasters that are like, the same, just to keep their cred count up <3. Such whores <3. I'm waiting for them to get a row of 20 butterflies just to spite SFMM <3.
