Yep this is what I heard, but as I said if they had gone back the following day or later it would probably work.

No one in their right mind can expect everything to work all the time, it does not happen.

Yes I would be pissed off if all the effects were not working but I would just go again a day later.

In the UK rides with effects tend to work 1 or 2 days a year lol.

I don't expect them all to work. But the ones that are integral to the story your trying to tell should at least be looked at. My disdain towards cars land is stemmed somewhat from my hatred of the franchise, I'm not going to ignore that fact, but the piece that tells the story should at least work.
 
Did they report it to a ride opt?

The fact that on their ride so much was not working sounds to me like someone did not switch the effects on.

I would not say you don't just hate cars, tbh it seems you don't like anything Disney. Really have no idea why you go other than to rip it apart :)

Universal is the worst park for effects not working. 5 visits I have only seen the fire on Spider-Man and the Mummy once.

I do like disney, (but i HATE cars). I just look at it critically. The Disney standards have really gone to hell as Profit above all else has been the driving force. It's gotten particularly bad since Iger took over. I love this ride, I'm just making sure I see it this year.

Yeah, my family goes weekly (or just about) it's far from broken Joey. Pump the breaks.

Iger is 1000% better than Eisner ever was about actually spending money on the parks.
 
Joey I don't like the car films either but the land and ride look great.

You can go see the coaster this year, it won't be open though :)

Since he took over they have spent billions to fix the problems from that idiot before so what you are saying about him simply does not add up.

Just like the other area I can see this opening early, there is no way it will take 9 months to theme.

I think the new fantasy land was open months before it really opened.
