Is that a double down as a first drop?

Double down first drop. Overbanks. Lovely entrance feature element, low to the ground helix.

Looks great, way better than the standard 395m Vekoma model but perhaps not good as the longer 453m model but a decent junior coaster all the same

Bolliger and mabillard are now experts in every aspect of roller coaster design, cornering every audience for rollercoasters. My only issue is they don't really innovate that much

First shipment has arrived from Switzerland, fairly small and can't be ruled out for the existing coasters, but "Equipment for Amusement Ride Roller Coaster" is typically a label that B&M likes to associate with their new projects (instead of "Amusement Ride Parts"). In all likelihood, Phoenix is Rising.

Construction crews accidentally cut open a pipe last week, spilling about 3,000-5,000 galleons of wastewater onto the site. This comes two months after a sinkhole opened in the backstage reservoirs and let millions of galleons into the ground;

Hard to say, we don't really have an understanding of the site's day-to-day operations. Most likely however the team working on Penguin Trek will complete that ride first before moving to Tampa, and Phoenix Rising hasn't been fully delivered yet. Therefore I'd assume construction to still be on schedule.

Only got a short look at the site from scorpion but it looked like work was underway. Didn’t notice any water or anything. did notice some possible footers/concrete poured though.
