I may also join them later in the day if it does open, cementing it :)

Or I may pop over early tomorrow to get it out of the way, photographed, videoed and then back home in time for tea, crumpets and a good moan about how **** it is ;)

Towers Times have tweeted:

'Management informing guests of a hopeful 1-2pm opening for The Smiler'

Take that information with a pinch of salt perhaps? Up to you, I am slightly sceptical :p

Yesterday people were saying 11.

Furie not being funny but if it opens today and you can get there it's probably better, by tomorrow it could be broken again lol.

Totally the other way round hun. Can't stand the in-your-face-talking-to-you-like-your-an-idiot-lets-prat-about-on-a-bike-rouge-traders bit. It fills me with rage and is the main reason why I never watch it. It's so condescending. I put it up there with LBC :x

Anyway, hope the Smiler opens today (everything seems to be suggesting it will). If not I'm spending tomorrow at Drayton instead...

If it had opened at 10:00, I'd have gone over and then come back to work. I simply can't get the time off this afternoon though sadly. I'm just not goon enough :(

However, if I go tomorrow just for it and it's "officially open" then breaks, that's another month on my AP :lol:

The only part I like of that show is when they confront the rouge and they get aggressive/abusive.

Anyway, we have duelling!

Yeah, the staff are apparently saying "could be as late as 2:00, but you're welcome to queue". Fingers crossed for people waiting two - three hours...

Not that I'm a maths wizz or anything but...10 till 2 is 4 hours!
