It's already jumped to 180mins and will probably hit the 4 hour mark.

Towersnerd are doing a live feed and show the inside of the queue with 3D mapping.

Says it's closed on ridetimes.co.uk but seen no reports of it breaking down as yet. Also seen nothing but positive reviews on #TheSmiler hashtag.

I am hoping it will be good tbh. Just people I trust with reviews are not rating it as high as tower times are.

Plus they have been deleting negative comments from their fb page lol.

I think that today it will be (generally) normal, non-goony general public that ride and let's be honest, new coaster, world first, they are bound to like it even if it is **** awful, despite rumours it was never actually confirmed to be open today so lots of coastergroup members won't be there...until tomorrow, I think we have to wait until later tomorrow to find out how it REALLy rides :p

EDIT: oooh I forgot Towers Times are there (and Mushroom, how much more goony can you get? :D), there is nothing on their twitter account, anyone have any info??

Yeah, Ciall says it's "better than Saw, but a bit rough" - paraphrased.

The Alton ride times page says it's shut. That could be because they've closed the queue as it's too long, or because it's badgered.

Glad I didn't desticky this yet ;)
