Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Definitely the second one.

Mildly, cautiously curious to know what this would entail - presumably a few costumes and a similar mildly confusing show to the one we got in October?

Some news from Legoland Windsor, back in 2017 they submitted a long term development plan for a large expansion, however it was stopped from going ahead and they have been trying all this time to get it approved, while smaller applications have gone ahead like the Haunted house, Mythica area and Duplo area this large plan has not, but they can now get started,

"Challenging this planning permission – issued by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM) in April 2019 – are finally exhausted. Merlin can now proceed to implement the plans which it first applied for in June 2017."

while a lot might have changed since here are the original plans.

A expansion to Lego City, this was going to be THE LEGO MOVIE World area. However, due to delays, they did a separate application for it to go in a different location and over time this area changed to the Mythica area we have now. Hopefully we will see a new addition in Lego City here in the future.
