Aeries Force Two? xDAlpine coaster coming to the Mississippi River bluffs in Grafton, Illinois
It will bring passengers on stainless steel rails through 3,000 feet of wooded hillside and skim along limestone outcroppings at speeds up to 25 mph.fox2now.com
Illinois is getting it's first alpine coaster. Named Aeries Alpine Coaster, it is expected to open Sept 2022 and is to be designed by weigand (probably butchered the spelling)
Any idea why? Wonder if Gullivers will get a new credA relocation of Twist and Joust from Gulliver's Milton Keynes opened at Hayling Island a couple weeks back: https://rcdb.com/19651.htm
Gravity Group being very busy at the momentI don't know if this has been mentioned before, but Beast at Kings Island is getting approx 2000ft of track replaced, which includes making the first drop slightly steeper as a result of some of the reprofiling: https://www.visitkingsisland.com/blog/2021/december/beast-of-a-project-this-winter-at-kings-island
Good. There are some sections, including the bottom of the first drop, that rode horribly this fall.I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but Beast at Kings Island is getting approx 2000ft of track replaced, which includes making the first drop slightly steeper as a result of some of the reprofiling: https://www.visitkingsisland.com/blog/2021/december/beast-of-a-project-this-winter-at-kings-island
Awwww.....It would appear that Rocket at Furuvik (the former Black Hole from Alton Towers) is up for sale
Much the same as will happen if it isn't?It's raised £35 so far, out of a desired £500,000. I wonder what will happen if the campaign is successful?
I can't decide if this is more utterly pointless and hopless than the Just Giving page to rebuild the American Adventure. And there's also a crowdfunding effort to try and bring Black Hole back to the UK: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-us-...ow-1&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=customer
