The teaser campaign has definitely dragged on, but I suppose that in Jeffrey's shoes I'd be having a ton of fun keeping enthusiasts on their toes.

In any case, we seem to be at the tail end of this commotion and have drawn a few intriguing takeaways. The S.S Overboard Play Zone will disappear later this year. SkyScreamer (Funtime Starflyer) has been teased to both be "staying and going", strongly suggesting a relocation across the park. Work is also underway to relocate their Buckin' Broncos Frog Hopper out of the kiddy area. And the manufacturer board has been narrowed down to four, with two of the following directly tied to their 2024 plans; Proslide, Zamperla, Ride Entertainment, and Fabbri.

Fabbri working at Six Flags is almost entirely out of the question, especially when a company like Zamperla is also in the running, but Fiesta Texas is the most likely of the chain to buy something from them so who knows. Proslide seems to have a stake here no matter what given that their "2023" kiddy slide collection is still in pieces and waiting installation; however it's entirely possible that the waterpark gets a second larger attraction to capitalize on its recent Hurricane Harbor rebrand. Ride Entertainment is also a curious leftover, as they're more of a broker and construction firm rather than an actual manufacturer (Context; Representing Funtime in the US). If the Starflyer is indeed being relocated within the park then they have to be involved no matter what. All in all, there are scenarios in which at least three of these companies are involved.

The Starflyer's possible relocation is also a red flag in the sense that parks don't tend to relocate huge attractions without very good reason. Most recently, Fuji Q Highland went to the pains of relocating their Giant Frisbee not too long ago with Zokkon in mind. Moving the Starflyer would not only free up cliff access, but leave an even larger swath of land in between Superman and the rapids ride. Would Fiesta Texas really build coasters on the quarry wall again? Presumably not, but a man can dream. In any case, this would be a huge indicator for a future attraction.

Here's a solid map showing whereabouts many of Fiesta Texas' new and recent developments are taking place, highlighting the focus on the Spassburg/Thrillseeker Park area right now (****ty JPEG format because high-res PNG images are having trouble uploading);

Did you see the clues today ride entertainment out .so it's either Zamperla fabbri group or pro slides . I think sky screamer stays getting rethemed and maybe change?

So as per today's reveal, DC Universe is absorbing both Thrillseeker Park and Spassburg. In all honesty this is by far the largest swing towards DC that Six Flags has ever made.

Existing rides in the kid's area and Spassburg will be rethemed to other superheroes, in addition to the Starflyer (it's not being relocated after all!). The extensive list goes as follows;
  • Skyscreamer -> Supergirl Sky Flight
  • Streamliner kiddy coaster -> Bat Girl Coaster Chase
  • Rambling Road car ride -> The Penguin: Gotham City Getaway
  • ZoomJets -> Green Lantern Emerald Flight
  • Up, Up, & Away -> Poison Ivy Toxic Spin
As far as new rides go, Zamperla will provide the following;
  • Cyborg Cyber Revolution - NebulaZ
  • Shazam! Tower of Eternity - 70-ft drop tower
  • Metropolis Transit Authority - Two-train monorail

In the aftermath of all this, Superman Krypton Coaster's queue will also see some upgrades.

I'll provide a correction: though the ride renames listed do indicate DC is fully engulfing Thrillseeker Park, it appears Spassburg is merely being downsized as opposed to flat out absorbed. It appears Bugs' White Water Rapids acts as the border between it and DC Universe. That leaves Spassburg with about 2/3rds of its pre-2024 land, or about half if you count Thrillseeker Park as part of Spassburg, and if you don't count that then they only really lose Skyscreamer to DC.

That said today's announcement raises the question as to what exactly ProSlide's involvement in Project 2024 is.

Took a stab at renaming and moving the thread. Ones like this are always tricky to concisely summarise into a topic title AND make sure I didn't miss something more notable in the releases! :D
