Jesus, been ages since I updated this list, new in Bold, re rides in Italics;

1 - Katun - Ermagherd, absolutely loved my back row ride on this one, so intense, just how I like them.

2 - Montu - Full of force, with a wonderful layout and the Batwing, back row Batwing is amazing.

3 - Oz Iris - I really enjoyed this. It has lots of grace, airtime and some excellent inversions. Also a big fan of the theming.

4 - Nemesis - Not much to say, except I haven't ridden the new version yet. Loved the OG.

5 - Afterburn - Re-rode this year and it was even better, Batwing is the highlight obviously.

6 - Talon - Solid invert, best ride in the park, with some force and a bit of airtime. Another re ride this year, it's super good, up she goes.

7 - Alpengeist - A tale of two halves; 1st half, absolutely amazing. 2nd half, boring. Front row was better for the 2nd half but nowhere near as intense in the first half. Back row was super intense and I loved it, then I hated it once it did nothing after the mcbr.

8 - Black Mamba - More of a floaty invert rather than intense, much preferred the front of this than the back.

9 - Monster (Grona Lund) - Lovely views, good first drop and a few near misses, the tree on the left especially, also has a good airtime hump near the end. Good quality invert.

10 - Banshee - First ride was horrible, down the bottom of my list, but got a couple of great rides at the front later on. Won't ride in the back though, just constant positives isn't nice.

11 - Raptor - Yes there's a couple of dead spots but the final helix is fab, it has a great first half and it makes a gorgeous sound!

12 - Patriot - Very similar to Talon, best part was the airtime hill and a good drop, the Zero G was also good, but the rest was a bit meh.

13 - Batman (SFGAM) - My fave of the Batmans, better theming, atmosphere and I've ridden it backwards too.

14 - Batman (SFGAdv) - Good rides, very forceful at the back, don't mind a quick spin on these, but can't do more than 3 in a row.

15 - Shadows of Arkham - Parque Warner - Rides exactly the same as the others

16 - Batman (SFStl) - Good rides, very forceful at the back, don't mind a quick spin on these, but can't do more than 3 in a row.

17 - Nemesis Inferno - Poor compared to the others, lacks force and snap. Though I'm sure I'm biased because the OG was so good.

18 - Dragon Challenge (Fireball) - Quite liked the red side, but it's near the bottom of the list compared to the others.

19 - Great Bear - Not a fan really, the loop and Immelmann are good but that's all. Nice views of Skyrush tho. Re rode this and it's not gotten any better

20 - Dragon Challenge (Horntail) - Had a great Zero G but that was all I liked about it, felt like the drop was totally wasted, lots of dead spots of straight track or long turns, hence bottom.

I get to add some new ones!

1. Montu - BGT - they just don't build them like they used to.
2. Alpengeist - Busch Gardens Williamsburg - da fuq did I just ride? The placement, the theming, the MASSIVE expense of inversions across the first half are some of the most on-point roller coaster-ing out there. Stuff tamed down after the second half (advantage to Banshee for not having MCBR), but absolutely loved the g-force, speed, and especially night ride.
3. Banshee - Kings Island - it's an original design with so much g-force. My only qualm is not very re-ride-able, but by far one of the better B&Ms of recent history.
4. Afterburn - Carowinds - Man, they don't make them like this any more! Smaller, but lots of tight, small inversions.
5. Raptor - Cedar Point - Come at me; this is one of the best ideas Cedar Point ever had. It still remains a forceful ride 24 27 years later; a lesser second half compared to today's standards is easily forgivable. It still has one of the best zero-g rolls and cobra rolls out there.
6. Great Bear - Hersheypark - And you said Raptor has a dwindling second half? This ride is very underrated for it's quirky layout - I still really enjoyed its flow of inversions!
7. Patriot - Worlds of Fun - It's a perfectly fun ride, but like Talon, doesn't offer an edge over other inverts.
8. Talon - Dorney Park - Great ride, very standard.
9. Batman the Ride - Six Flags Magic Mountain - It's blue.
10. Batman the Ride - Six Flags St. Louis - not blue.
11. Batman the Ride - Six Flags Great Adventure - yellow!
12. Batman the Ride - Six Flags Great America - the original!

13. Batman the Ride - Six Flags Over Georgia - blue again.
14. Batman the Ride - Six Flags Over Texas - yellow!
15. Chinese Fireball - Islands of Adventure - Better than the other half, but still feels like half a ride.
16. Hungarian Horntail - Islands of Adventure - Just felt... slow.
17. Silver Bullet - Knott’s Berry Farm - Honestly quite fun to ride, albeit more tame than other inverts.
18. Phoenix Rising - Well yes it's going to be last in this ranking, but first in our hearts <3

This is getting quite tricky now, over the last 30 years I've been on 23 of these bloomin' things, by far my most ridden coaster model. Some of them I've only ridden once, some of them I rode over 20 years ago, so putting them all into some sort of order is quite the task, but I'll give it a shot.

1. Nemesis. It's my number '0' coaster, it's my 'special' coaster and it's probably the reason I'm a goon. It just has to be number 1.
Shamefully, have not ridden Reborn yet.

2. Montu. Awesome.

3. Alpengeist. This has gone way up in my estimations after rerides this year. I can forgive the rather lame ending cos' everything up until the MCBR is spectacular!

4. Banshee. Love it.

5. Raptor. It's the roar! 😲

6. Swedish Monster. Action packed, very creative.

7. Black Mamba. Theming!

8. Afterburn. New this year. Very good indeed, great layout.

9. Talon. Also new this year, another good one. Big enough to have the speed and power, but small enough to not require an MCBR.

10. Patriot. Airtime hill! 😁

11. French Monster. Raptor with no MCBR, yay, but in a sh*t location, boo.

I'm going to cheat and group all the Batman clones together as there's really not much between them. I've been on 5 of 'em (GAdv, GAm, MM, St Louis and Parque Warner). So that's 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.

17 & 18. The Duelling Dragons. Again, ranking them together as I feel like both rides came as a package. I was lucky enough to be able to marathon these when they duelled properly, which was awesome, but individually they were much less impressive.

19. Great Bear. Looks good, Interesting layout, but a forceless finale.

20. Nemesis Inferno. I mean, just cos it's in 20th place, doesn't mean I don't like it. Still a good ride.

21. Oz'iris. S'alright.

22. Silver Bullet. Rode it once about 15 years ago, can't remember much about it tbh.

23. Flight Deck. Surprisingly punchy, but it's such a short ride.
