Really... I mean, did the weather REALLY have that much of an effect on it?

Surely if you've gone out and bought a Morphsuit for this, you wouldn'tnot go just because of a bit of rain?

Likewise, I'm sure many people wouldn't turn down free entry due to a bit of rain, if they already owned a suit.

It was a silly record attempt, but at least it was original. How or why they thought of it is of more interest.

But yes, it was a flop.

it was a much better idea than the one we did at thorpe the other week. Thorpe did the worlds largest queueline game where instead of simon says it was jigsaw says.

It was either the weather, or the fact that the morphsuits themselves cost more than the actual admission price. That in itself would surely turn a lot of people off :wink:

The Facebook DM morphsuit page suggested that around 178? (can't remember) morphs were attending. Definitely didn't see as many as that on Saturday.

114 people turned up, so they were 136 short of the world record!

Yeah, 136 would have been a "not too bad" amount to miss it by if they were trying to get to something like 10,000 and they were JUST off it, here they had to get a tiny amount, and failed.
