A nice little update has appeared on Miraforever.com. One of their forum members took some pics of the site on Sunday. Looks like the basic structure of the station is up and there is even a glimpse of theming going up already which is odd as there still isn't any sign of track on the site.

They have two months to get this up and running! It's possible. Marginally.

This will probably be the best coaster that wasn't meant to be. I like to remain positive but there's no chance it being open before we visit at the end of July.

I don't know how they've done it but a fair bit has gone up within a week.

So that looks like supports for either the ride or a queueline building, I'm thinking the latter. However the rate they are putting up the theming I can see this at least testing by the end of the month. The coaster type looks like a model that will go up very quickly and with theming going up at the rate it currently is, things are looking good for those on the Italy Live.


EDIT: Notices supports I've mentioned aren't in the above picture, below is what I'm on about...

Following email tennis with the park, they confirmed to me that this will be open by the time we visit in July!

That's some impressive construction work then...

It looks like the elephant type creature is having a quick hand-shandy.

I'm so glad that that will be open by the time we visit in July, although I bet there were a few hoping it would spite us!

I still have doubts when this will actually open but that all important bit of news we were all waiting for has finally come, oh yes, the track has ARRIVED!!!! :D

I feel like I'm the only one who posts in here sometimes. Official opening is now apparently 5th August lol.

The date has changed so many times so I'm not holding my breath but everything does seem to be shaping up, the very cool cars have been put on the track and most of the theming looks finished. It's probably down to testing it and a few details here and there now.

As long as they open it before the 17th then I'll be happy :-)
So any opening date before that is great...

It seems to lack the epic theming they wanted... I'm guessing part of this was excessively delayed that they're just pushing the opening it as it is rather than finished...

Still... I am disappointed by the look of it...

I too am disappointed by lack of theming (apart from the entrance/station), it just looks a bit too plonked there without thought and the layout is very short. However I do believe that video confirms it is two separate creds ;)

EDIT: Ignore me, wasn't paying enough attention at the beginning of the video, yeah, only 1 cred :P

IRL, it appears to duel a lot more than Nitro and yes, the theming is sparser than I had imagined.

^agreed. The interaction between the 2 trains on this is fab, but yeah, the theming is crap and it does look plonked.

Gutted it wasn't open when we were there. If it had been, then Shock would've been my 200th, not that crappy Vekoma Jr bollocks! ;)
