I am glad this park got a custom model, as it looks a great combination of inversions and airtime.

They are different coaster models.

Gerstlauers tend to start off pretty smooth and get rattly and rougher over time. It's mostly down to the poor track manufacturing quality.

Goodness me, that does look very smooth; Gerstlauer’s track profiling has improved substantially with time, it would seem!

I’d be very interested to hear a rider’s opinion; have any of the French CFers ridden Vertika?

Gerstlauers often have quite peculiar shaping, but I personally thought it looked very smooth! I also thought that it looked really nice and floaty, with lots of hang time!

I see nothing wrong with the profiling on this compared to other Gerstlauers such as Smiler.

Looks like somebody forgot to pull out the pin from this thread when the coaster opened back in June. Fixed now!
