No it's not, there are several key differences in the layout and shaping if you look (including an overbank turn).

Ah, apologies! Looks similar, but like they’ve edited it quite a bit; it looks to use Intamin’s new track style, for a start, and there are definitely some more contemporary-looking transitions in there (e.g. overbanks). I think I was partially led by the photos of various existing Mega-Lite installations put into the PDF!

Also, judging by the upper limits of the ride type’s statistics (up to 60m high, up to 120km/h), wouldn’t that technically make Walibi Belgium’s 2021 coaster an Ultra Coaster?
