The hotel is much needed in my eyes but dont even get me started about the front of the park... Do we know how much land they have to expand not that should be the focus right now

Might be a tight fit, but I think they should be able to build one additional flatride after they're done with the tiltcoaster.

They for sure have something like this but probably more on the other side of the road to the north (They built a photovoltaic farm south of the marked place, that's why I didn't mark it)

Spotted some red track from a drone shot on Street View. Track work for all of the Sweet Valley coasters are complete so not sure what this could be?
