Mostly Sirloin with the occasional bit of Rump for me, always had it well done though and can't imagine I'd like it rare - I am intending to cut a bit off earlier in the cooking process and try it next time though, but I think that will most likely end up in the dog after a couple of chews. At least I can say I tried it then.
