Pretty much... I would say in the grand scheme of things, losing Single Rider on Nemmie is nothing in comparison to the staggered openings...

God some people get way too defensive... There is no ride in the UK that looks as good as Baron... Doesn't matter about the ride side of this, no UK project in recent years has got the level of quality and detailing, and that's just the outside building...

Chessie opening without Fury, Bubbles, Vampire (which is apparently ****), Griffins and Rameses up front... And apparently Skyway and Tomb are also both closed... Good start then...

Stampida being closed for extended periods of time would actually improve the park's coaster lineup... Law of averages and what-not...

Changing their mind because of no reason at all would probably be the answer... Especially as it's still on the chopping board, but the date apparently changed for no rhyme nor reason... Hence this hoo-ha...

Yep, there were a few rumours just before Smiler was announced that we would be getting SOMETHING in the valley (I at one point heard B&M Hyper as an example)... It's not too much of a stretch to think that they'll revisit plans for that area again, Air's car park has been subject to rumours...

Their Midway viewpoint runs so differently from the parks... Especially given how cheap the Midway attractions are in comparison to put down, the running costs aren't as high and they can pretty much charge whatever they want... The pretty much use the Midway as a way of cheaply gathering extra...

Towers does have a fair amount also in a bit of a state though (Towers Street, Charlie, Dark Forest, Nemesis monster)... The River of Blood thing has come from issues in regards to the dye being dumped into local water supplies or sommat like that, I forget the exact reasoning, but there was...
