OMG. I can see this being absolutely BRUTAL. I mean really, a tube, that encloses a very high point of the track, exposed to the sun in Qatar, and they think they are going to be able to keep it air conditioned? Heat rises, cold sinks, last time I checked.

6F rarely staffs ride entrances with fully qualified ride ops. (They are crazy stingy with hours and staffing.) And again, you are not supposed to address a person's medical issues before it's an issue, and anyone can wait in line and not ride. ==> They really aren't supposed to disqualify...

^Can't tell you how many ballots I've seen do that, then forget to update the parks and coasters which names change and delete the rides that have been removed. Ends up with dozens of coasters disappearing from the ballot. And I 100% agree with Gavin: The last poll I did took me like two days...

I just won an eBay auction for Fire Brigade. "Only" $75 over original retail price. (But still better than folks who are paying upwards of double the retail.)

If these get to court, it's going to get nasty. And you know the only reason it's gotten this far is the family must be telling 6F to shove whatever settlement offers have been made, because parks NEVER want to go to court.

Very strange with the two drops... And I agree that it sounds horrible. Must be metal wheels... I'm sure that polyurethane wouldn't be able to stand up to the forces of supporting the weight, especially when the brakes engage.

Now that the parks are no longer owned by Anheuser-Busch, the company is nowhere as large as it used to be.

This was my home park when I lived in Yokosuka. I could usually see the drop tower from work, depending on which pier we were on. Anywho. I always thought it was a pretty decent ride, even if a bit overdependent on helices.
