Six Flags in the UK - Could it ever happen?

Isn't Thorpe Park close enough already?

    Tripsdrill | Hals-Über-Kopf & Volldampf | Vekoma STC & Family Boomerang Coaster

Remind's me of Tornado's (At Särkänniemi) barrel roll through/above the station except not brutalist.

    Yomiuriland | Lipovitan Rocket☆Luna | Gerstlauer Inverted Coaster | 2021

Looking at the track and cars I'm assuming this'll be another Intamin suspended family coaster? Those Zierer towers are also always good fun, great additions.

Territories with a disproportionate number of a ride type.

Finland has 2 out of the 3 (I don't know there might be more by now) Moser Rides Gravity Tower 75s (previously known as Mäch towers).

Mundo Petapa | Relámpago | Zamperla Thunderbolt

Judging by some of these pics, this park seems to be one of those Zamperla package/showcase parks where like half of the rides and all new ones are Zamperla in which case it has to be significantly cheaper. For those parks if not anybody else, this must prove a cheaper alternative.

Drayton Manor sold to Looping Group (page 5)

I'd wager your tub of salt is warranted considering the suggestion for trade and "can't put babies on" Obvious joke is obvious

    PowerPark | Pitts Special | Gerstlauer Infinity | 2020

I was thinking, if it's a different coaster could they be doing like a dog fight theme? Since Junker is already themed to planes, that might explain the colour scheme.

SFMM | West Coast Racers | Premier Quad Launch Möbius Sky Rocket

Tbh at this point the most interesting thing about this video to me is that it's wet in Los Angeles county

Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Hate to be the smartass but that's a Mondial Ventura, not a Top Scan. EDIT: Sidenote but I love the colour scheme

    Flamingo Land | Sik | Intamin 10 Inversion Coaster | 2022

The new models have a fast intamin mega-lite style cable lift rather than a chain so there's none of that disengagement action with the chain.

    IAAPA 2019

Oh wow Zamperla actually figured out how to design restraints finally, good job Now if they could figure out how to make rides that feel like anything then I'll be impressed

    Phantasialand | F. L. Y. | Vekoma Launched Flying Coaster | 2020

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure they never aimed for '18 or '19 and one couldn't have possibly expected them to open this year anyway.

Half Pipe At Särkänniemi To Be Removed.

Eh, it's not much as a ride experience, although I'm sure it's more of a loss for locals of the park. I don't trust Särkänniemi to replace it with anything worthwhile, though, since it's Särkänniemi.

    PowerPark | Pitts Special | Gerstlauer Infinity | 2020

While I applaud the pettiness as a Finn, I just can't really get excited about this. This extension will cost the park almost as much as Taiga did for Linnanmäki so I'd have much rather waited a year or two more and then them to bust out with a Kärnan-esque Gerstlauer hyper coaster or something...

    Last Cred Review

Taiga Despite Linnanmäki being (practically) my home park, it took me until the 2nd to last day of the season (19.10) to visit this year and finally ride on Taiga. Unfortunately, I only got in one ride because the light carnival is a busy time and I wasn't about to abandon my friend for 45...

Chessington World of Adventures Resort plans new mini log flume and re-theme of Toadie’s Crazy Cars

Not sure if this is a fair comparison but Linnanmäki, a park with half the visitor count of Chessington in the last decade has installed an enterprise, a small drop tower, a kiddie powered coaster, a Maurer Skyloop coaster, a brand new gosetto ghost train, a 75m gyro drop, 2 family flats and VR...

What is the wettest water ride you've ever been on?

It would have to be Vonkaputous (rip) which was as at Linnanmäki in Finland. It got removed after constant downtime to make way for Taiga, but it was at the edge of the park and the splashdown directly bordered a public road/park so they installed a big ol plexiglass wall so if the splash itself...
