I am so very confused on this, is it a relocation, or is a new ride? if it is new, are we saying Mach make a new Schwarzkopf look alike??

Two separate rides, from what I can gather. One's Olympia/Munich looping that's been on the travelling circuit for ages - the other's a Mack that if it looks any good means I may have to mortgage my house and go back to the Prater...

Sadly this also confirms that Barth is not planning with German fairs due to Covid. The Bavarian head of parliament - Markus Söder - gave a very disappointing press conference lately stating that nothing is fixed for this years Oktoberfest as they continue to monitor the situation.

Also cannot wait for the Mack coaster. Contrary to all rides on Prater to date - which are restricted to their "plot" of land - the management according to rumors has secured contracts with various showmen to put footers on their plots so the coaster is likely to spread out over much of the Wurstlprater area.

Themeparkfreaks reveals informations which have been confirmed to them:
  • the coaster will open in 2023 and be built by Mack
  • the coaster will break the inversions record in Austria (held by the Boomerang from the Prater) with 4 or 5 inversions
  • Mack developped a new-never-built coaster model but, I think that this is almost a BigDipper because of the trains:
  • 3 eight-places cars with 2 four-places rows (as Lost Gravity and Dynamite at Plohn), but the backrow will be reversed to ride the coaster backward.
The coaster will be located between Megablitz and Olympia Looping:

Wonder if this is another Big Dipper 2.0 like the one that Europa Park's building next year. Intriguing nonetheless.

Bump
A nightclub will temporarily be taking over the vacant building opposite Megablitz, albeit only for a short period of time. The building will be torn down in November to allow for roller coaster construction to get underway by year's end.

Do you like roller coasters?
Then you can look forward to next year.
Austria's largest roller coaster, called "Vienna Looping, will soon be built in the Vienna Prater. "
Their builder, Stefan Sittler-Koidl, is already running his company for the fourth generation.
The Koidls operate, among other things, the famous Wheel of Flowers, the Volare-Hochchaubahn and the free-fall tower.
Building his own roller coaster has been Stefan Sittler-Koidl’s dream since he was a child.
The "Vienna Looping" will have an Otto Wagner youth-style entry house and a 40-metre-high tower in the middle to oversee the sausage talker.
Do you dare to take a spin?

The Red Bulletin Innovator has posted an article to their Facebook page regarding Wiener Looping 2, here's the English translation above, Credit can be found on the following links Post 1 and Post 2 with some concept art. Interesting this will open in 2023

Something interesting from the interview above:

[English]
Stefan Sittler-Koidl: We're far from finished. The "Wiener Looping" will be the first big roller coaster at [Wiener] Prater, but by no means the last. People will be amazed at how the Vienna Prater WILL develop over the next 15 years!

This sounds really exciting!

Would love to see what's between the lift hill and the airtime hill on the left of the first pic. Really gives no I dictation of how large this actually is.

Based on how short the brake run is, my guess is it'll run just two trains meaning it won't be the longest of rides. Therefore, I think it'll just be a ~100ft tall Lost Gravity or Dynamite-style drop directly into that speed hill.

It's very.. simple. IMO there's a very small chance that there may be something else before the cliffhanger drop, but I'm not confident enough to precreate that. Only what's in the renderings above made it to the video.
