so like Stealth at TP it cost 12m and Kingda Ka in the usa cost $25,000,000 (£15.4837111 million) so like 3 and a half million more then it cost to build but stealth, but Kingda Ka is a lot higher and longer then stealth, why did it cost so much to build stealth? and th13teen where did they spend 15million on that lol.

I can't say for definite, but labor, land, materials, manufacturing, transport, planning costs etc all tend to be cheaper in the US. Sure, this is a massive generalization, and it will be different from place to place, but it's probably a good estimate to make.
Someone with better facts and figures may be able to quantify this, but generally I think this might be the case.
