Hellos! I was wondering if taking a VIP tour of Cedar Point is worth it. I'm planning on going to Cedar Point for the first time for my birthday and to make it special, adding a VIP tour since its my first time. Any tips?

VIP Tours cost $400 a person, and include:

1. Priority Parking
2. 1 Hour Early Access (Does not include front of the line access)
3. 8 Hour Session with a Tour Guide that includes front of the line access on all rides and priority seating for shows.

Food is not included in the ticket.

I led a number of these tours when I worked at Cedar Point in 2009. Depending on the pace, guests were able to ride all major attractions within about 2 to 3 hours, leaving plenty of time for rerides.

Is the experience worth the price? It depends on how you value your time and ability to re-ride attractions. Cedar Point works to make the VIP Tour the best experience offered at the park, however I would encourage you to recognize that it is possible to venture the park at normal admission and still be able to manage riding all of the major rides within a days visit. The difference between $48 and $400 admission is rather large.
