Yeah, but you have to take into consideration that the scale of the place means it'd be pointless sticking to one type of architecture due to it not portraying "London" in a way that using assorted architecture types iconic to the city would. A majority of the attendance to Universal won't have actually ventured to the UK and/or London and will have only seen the city on TV shows and movies, so they've actually created a very clever perceived cityscape that people will recognise.
