The Thorpe Park resort, which sits amid a complex of lakes near the River Thames, appears to be high and dry despite local flooding.

Apparently Flamingo Land has managed to avoid meteor strikes since it's opening in 1959 which is some feat!

Seeing as everything in Staines is under water except for Thorpe Park, I think the flooding in England is a PR stunt by Merlin.

The lake by the entrance bridge has burst it's banks and has flooded the area near Vortex. No rides are affected.

Posted on the BBC today.... I cant really tell if it looks any different to normal. although there appears to be water under Swarm's final turn.
