Tough one... many good candidates...

I'd have to say Oblivion. I just love it! One of the few rides that I could actually ride all day! I'd hate to see it go.
 
One-word-answer-fest in here!

Balder for me, Expedition GeForce can withstand fire a bit more, so i'd pray that was okay, whilst saving Balder.

I thought that it was Terminator Salvation: The Ride. Any GCI is worth saving. It would be on fire because of the special effects. I still don't understand having that with a wooden ride in southern California! :?
 
Loch Ness Monster. Though it's not my #1 and steel doesn't burn... it's a classic and I confess my true fanboyism for it.
 
The Dragon at Legoland Windsor!

Although not my favourite ride, I'd be truly gutted to see the castle go up in flames. Sentimental value, y'know?
