Don't think I've ever been looking forward to riding a family coaster as much as this baby.
An interesting point. A few years ago, whenever I read the word "family", I would tut, roll my eyes and chuck in a big dose of meh. Nowadays I'm more excited in the unique, tamer, family-friendly (read: lower minimum rider height limit) coasters.
Whenever a intense beast of a coaster is announced, the hype goes through the roof. "At last, something for us!" and we drool over massive inversion construction images. The expectation is always high. When it opens, the coaster rarely lives up the hype and we feel slightly disappointed.
With a family coaster, we are aware from day one that it's not going to blow our socks off, but at least it should entertain us and be fun.
I'm not sure if you feel the same way, ECG, or is it because Roar-O-Saurus just looks mildly sexy?
