Steepest Coaster

I think this is considered an inversion, and therefore no drop.

From what I know, the steepest one used to be Cool and Fresh, now known as Migfer with 135° angle of decent. https://rcdb.com/8085.htm
I rode it as a kid during it's few months on fairs, and even though I was very GP at the time, I ranked it as the most painful rollercoaster I ever did. It's brakes were not breaking, they brought you to a standstill.

That's awesome, was the drop as much of a neck snapper as it looks? Even though the coaster looks awful I think anyone who's played RTC3 would be fascinated to ride one. Also I love how well themed the entrance and station is for such an ugly and temporary looking coaster.

As for steepness records I don't think they count as the drop is controlled by brakes, same as S&S El Locos.

Well, my ride was ~20 years ago, so my memories are not that fresh anymore. I remember the drop beeing extremely jolty, and not pleasant at all. The rest of the ride wasn't smoother...

The link you put is just pictures of some torture device, did you mean to link to a roller coaster?

Also, I thought the current steepest was Cannibal in my neck of the woods.

EDIT ahhh it's only steepest in N. America but tallest beyond-vertical
