I either try to block everything out of my mind or if that doesn't work, block off all sources of light in my room.
 
I never really get sleep until after midnight, but if i'm having trouble i usually just have a swig of anything strong, or just think of happy stuff, like recently, I just think of my holiday to Salou and riding Shambhala this Summer, then it turns into some rollercoaster related dream, I always get those dreams.
