Seriously, how about listening to people who've actually been rather than people who are in the same situation as you and don't really have a **** ing clue?
Six Flags Saint Louis is the much better park overall. Done and dusted.
Although you are looking for more than credz, I think experiencing a new-for-you park takes priority over revisiting a park. Plus, as others have mentioned, Prowler and Patriot alone are worth the visit to WoF.
Mamba is the weakest of the Morgan hypers, but still an enjoyable ride. I only rode Timber Wolf once, front row with tomahawKSU, but really enjoyed the ride and thought it wasn't rough at all. However tomahawKSU said that he never had a ride on it as good as that one.
Not sure which four credz you have yet to get at SFSL, but unless they're American Thunder, Boss, Batman and Mr. Freeze, it definitely isn't worth skipping WoF for. Then there's the Scooby-Doo: Mystery of the Scary Swamp dark shooter, which shouldn't be missed (if you didn't get to that on your previous visit to SFSL).
I preferred WoF over SFSL, but then it was about a billion degrees in St Louis and I found very little shade anywhere in the park.
In my opinion, Prowler was quite a bit better than American Thunder (Evil Knievel), and Patriot was better than Batman. Mr Freeze didn't do a lot for me (plus I got stuck on it for about 10 minutes in a baking station, which didn't help my view of it), although SFSL's woodies weren't as bad as I was expecting them to be.
Both parks have their fair share of crap, but just out of the premise that you've never been there before, I'd suggest Worlds of Fun.
-- WOF -- vs. -- SFSTL --
Prowler > American Thunder
Patriot > Batman The Ride
Mamba < Mr. Freeze
Timber Wolf < Boss
Spinning Dragons < Pandemonium
Cosmic Coaster < River King Mine Train
Boomerang = Boomerang
In the form of Ninja and Screamin' Eagle, SFSTL has two more coasters. I would say that the WOF flat rides are a little more thrilling. Now if we want to get into a debate on whether Cedar Fair manages their parks better than
Six Flags, oh man... I have always been a Cedar Fair fan myself. I went to both on the same trip and there is
NO WAY that I would skip either next time. I went to downtown St. Louis before the park opened, so that would give that a very slim edge.
