Six Flags Over Texas | Unknown | B&M Dive Coaster | 2026

Why is it the colour of an 80s shopping centre.
Because it's being themed to an 80's shopping center, of course.😂

Borrowing someone else's photo to make a point.

Code isn't too visible rn, there will be ample opportunity for @roomraider's spreadsheet ;)

Anyways let's play the bolts game. This is 10 pins wide, that matches with the 8 and 10 across dive coaster trains.

The 6 and even 7 across B&M Dive's have all been using six bolts across with no exception. There's no reason at all to do mini dive trains on this really, this is a huge ride and SFOT can be an incredibly busy park.

Seeing the track in person I can attest to its enormous size!

More pics I took today!

Yeah, was there last weekend and they're CHUNKY. Supports especially were the first thing I noticed on the walk up and they're huge. Funny enough, despite all the space they have in the closed off area, they placed them as close to the pedestrians as possible on that walk to the entrance.

I love that they're displaying a piece of the track inside the park! It's a great way to build some buzz — especially with the scale of the dive track. It's one of those small touches that demonstrates a little extra thought and care that's been lacking in the legacy Six Flags parks.

Interesting concept of the new Giga-Dive for Over Texas!
If it turns out like that, I think it could be quite a ride!

I’m definitely quite intrigued and excited by this project, personally! Enthusiasts love to dismiss Dive Coasters as “one trick ponies”, but I personally love a good Dive Coaster, with both SheiKra and Oblivion loitering in the higher part of my top 20. I reckon a Dive Coaster of over 300ft tall could be something quite special, particularly if it has a layout like the one shown in that rendering!

I’ll admit I do not care for the track colour at all, but that’s quite a minor criticism in the grand scheme of what will hopefully be quite a cool project!

I honestly think it may end up being a Krake layout, just scaled up by a factor of 2.

Maybe a big overbank turn after the immelmann but don't think it'll do much after that.
I also have a sneaky feeling the same - bag the giga-dive record but don't worry about the rest. I do hope I'm wrong, of course!

I mean. SheiKra's is like 150ft off a 200ft drop. So I wouldn't call it farfetched achieving something over 250ft off a +300ft drop.
Would be kinda crazy to think your new coaster inversion is taller than every other coaster in your park as well
