You can't sue anybody.
Once payment is made, it's out of eBay hands as they are just the middle man. It's also out of paypals hands as they only deal with transactions. If you really wanted a case, sign up to Square-Trade, but then it'd cost you more than 5p to do that ;)

Steven, I've got some wire thread that I assure you frayed from the launch cable on Stealth. I'll sell you it at a rate of 5p per cm. It's 10 cm's long. Posting and packaging is 50p, as I have to use recorded delivery to ensure you receive the precious item.
 
Steven better not buy any ****ing coaster cable on the Euro-live or I will personally wrap it round his throat and tell him to tie the other end to a bar and jump as it will give him a 200ml tube of water from Loggers Leap.

I have a bit of dust at home from Saw I will sell it to Steven for £20.

I probably buy something on the euro-live coaster related, dunno what though.

BTW I am doing it for a laugh. I will inevitably try to match it up with one at TP. Where he said it came from. also P and P was free! :p
