Whats your favourite? Rollercoaster or Big Dipper?
Happy Voting ;)

Okay, so the Rollercoaster (I'm assuming this is about Blackpools rides) has all the history with it using the lift hill from the old velvet coaster, and using old trains. It's just a bit bland though. It's a pleasant enough ride, don't get me wrong, but nothing wildly exciting.

Big Diupper is a good little ride though. It really hammers it's way around for such an old coaster. I think this is gonig to be a fairly one sided contest...

Yeah I agree with furie....this really is a no-contest.....Big Dipper wins over Rollercoaster.

Rollercoaster.

I really didnt think very much of big dipper to be 100% honest, it didnt seem anything special, not very fun and overall not something I would want to re-ride loads.

Rollercoaster however, even with the seatbelts now was really cool, its short sweet and snappy but is a fun ride and is overall enjoyable.

So yeah I vote for rollercoaster :D

There's not alot in it but I'd say that Big Dipper just shaves it.

Definately Big Dipper, it's a classic! The airtime in the back is superb. Rollercoaster is a ride iv'e never really been a fan of, I understand it's also a classic, but as an overall thrill ride, Dipper wins hands down.

They both suck?

They're both, dull, slow and airtime less crapoasters. They both really bore me.

But, I guess that Big Dipper sucks slightly less.

^Oh FFS, do you moan about everything thats at BPB?

Anyway, I think Big Dipper is better because Rollercoaster doesnt give that much air time and now has seatbelts, Big Dipper can be a really fun ride thanks to the airtime that you get on the drops.

^No not really, just seems like you moan about everything bpb :P

Dont even know why I moaned about you moaning, probably cus I am in a rotten mood right now.

Anyway, I dont think Rollercoaster is that good anymore, my opinion has changed of the ride recently because the loading is now pretty slow and the seatbelts are just crap. Big Dipper all the way

Erm no....that would be me :P

Although I did say that BD was better... but then theres not much to choose in BPB! :D

I prefer Rollercoaster to Big Dipper too actually. I dunno what it is, but I never really rated the Dipper as highly as everyone else does. Although, i've not ridden Rollercoaster now its been seatbelted, so my opinion may change.

Having never ridden it without seatbelts I dont know the difference but just do what me and Kat did and have it shut but as loose as it will go ;) you still have it on that way.

For someone that said big dipper has more airtime, i didnt get any airtime on big dipper!

Big Dipper is better than Rollercoaster IMO, even though I loved having no lapbar, Big Dippers the better ride.

depends where you sit - centre of any of the carrages and airtime is little to none.

but ride front carrage front row/back carrage/back row and there'll be air time - likewise on rollercoaster.

I find RollerCoaster quite dull. It's history is rather stunning, however.

Big Dipper has some impressive history to it as well, though. And i like where it sets in the park. i love the little hill, mirrored by the Big One over the path and it's simply a better ride.

Of course, Roller Coaster will now lack even more with flippin' seatbelts. It's only true riding advantage lost forever.
