That was my first guess but it seems way too early for that. Is there even a concrete structure on the theme park site yet?
Saudi Entertainment Ventures have a number of parks in development and the first indoor one in Riyadh broke ground in June. So that's a possibility but seems too early for that as well really
Personally I'm putting my bet on something we are unaware of at the moment.
We've already had a few posts on this - have a check up through the discussion above.
