Damn, I missed when PMBO fell into the Irish Sea.


And yes, Bicko, every time a topic Rita related turns up, you slate the **** outta it, akin to what you're saying is SO awful.
 
Well, all i appear to see is people bashing Rita without any real evidence or backing up of their thoughts.

On the other hand, Kir up there posted an excellent example of backing up his point. I believe i also used a few fact's when making my point.

So then, 'Rita doesn't fit into Uglyland?' is all you seem to say. So, a coaster that interact's with the surrounding area, is not an eye-sore, and all though you may find it hard to stomach, does have a theme and a story behind it.

Now, Stealth. It's an eyesore. It does not simply fit in. You find me one speedway that look's like that. That is a sorry excuse to pass off the ride as themed. At least with Rita, you get a backstory, and at least a semi-realistic race experience.

Ay, Ben, you 'used' to do that alot with Nemesis, although it appears to have stopped now and has moved on to Stealth :D

How come that good ride on Rita front row where you really enjoying it is making you still hate Rita Bicko?

I personally think Rita really fits into its surroundings. It makes the whole of Ugland have an amazing atmosphere and I agree with everything Kir said.

I haven't ridden Stealth yet, but I'm sticking up for Rita :love4:

That's because Nemesis is so much better then Stealth :P. That's not hard though... (Bicko, you'll notice it's a STEALTH RELATED TOPIC)
 
The whole area works fantastically since the introduction of Rita.

There is a coaster for the less adventurous and the smaller guests, Corkscrew. There is a flat ride for the little kids, and there is a coaster for the thrillseekers. There is loud music, a buzzing atmosphere, food stalls and games for everyone to use as they wish.

The whole area is a theme park contained in itself, face it. Ugland is in fact one of the most succesful areas of the park.

I'll try to enjoy any coaster that I get to go on, not matter what I think of it. I enjoy front row on rides like PMBO, Stealth, Revolution alot more than I enjoy Rita front row.

Obviously. Doesnt stop you complaining about Stealth in pretty much every other topic though.

I think it fits in aswell. It would be even better if they removed Corkscrew and replaced it with a flat and a diner or something like that.
 
Exactly Kir. Just because one new ride was added, that dominate's the area, it doesn't mean its spoiled it. What reason would i have to go to Ugland before Rita. Corkscrew? No thanks. It's actually livened up a failing area, just face it. Your point's are flawed, your losing this argument, Rita > Stealth

You look like you're loving it. Admit that you had a great ride on it. It's like me going "I had a good ride on Oblivion yesterday, but I much prefer Air, Nemesis, Rita, Squirrel Nutty, Spinball Whizzer, Ripsaw and Submission. You may enjoy different coasters on the front more than Rita, but that doesn't mean you didnt enjoy Rita on the front any less.

Considering how many n00bish Thorpe fanboys have probably voted, I don't think Rita is doing very badly atall tbh.

Yes Richie, as stated I will try to enjoy any coaster I go on rather than thinking how crap it is. Also I like Rita's launch, its just the rest of the layout that makes it so crap.
 
Hmm, obviously Stealth does have a layout. Its not launch then finish is it? Its actually got an interesting part to it after the launch, unlike Rita.
