Just a few from Kings Island:
*Vortex's station looks like a haunted house because it was originally built for The Bat and was painted red.
*Banshee's signature batwing is located right over the spot where Son of Beast's signature loop used to be.
*When The Beast was stained back in the day, it had to be done totally by hand because of the nearby safari attraction.
*The Bat's old aircraft carrier theming can still be seen on the tunnel leading to the ride's queue. There are still Air Force stars painted on the bridge and an American flag inside the concrete tunnel.
*Son of Beast's station still stands to house the Wolf Pack haunt but there is still a small section of track sticking out of it.
*The Rivertown train station bears the name "Losantiville," the original name of Cincinnati.
*The Beast's first turnaround into the lift used to be over water because that land used to be really swampy.

I meant that it was not the main purpose. The staff did say that it was also for effect but also incorporating a way to slow the train down. But they came up with this idea first as a trim break.elephant58 said:

Verbolten can actually be controlled by Zierer all the way from Germany. They help aid Busch Gardens if there's a potential safety flaw. They can also point out where the flaw is if the ride breaks down from Germany. They can even shut down the ride if they feel like its shouldn't be running.
