Promising plots in parks?

The big open grass space at Chessington between Dragons Fury and The Gallion.

This space could work as a whole new area as well as a new flagship coaster. A coaster simelar to Limit or Anubis, but using the terrain as the site slopes down to the bottom end of the plot. It's huge plot and could include flats.

Question for all uk parks is! Why are the on green belt land or in conservation areas! Planning will never be given for the above.

In regards to this post me and a friend expermineted in No Limits to realistically put something in that plot, its a actually quite a bit smaller then you would think, it was a struggle to fit a decent sized family ride in there.

Sorry to plug my own work but I thought this might be quite a relevant to the topic

I guess I can class it as a home park even though its an hour and a half from me but I always felt like Lightwater Valley wasted a lot of the space they have towards the back end of the park. Would have been nice to see a mid sized family coaster somewhere in there.
