Surely it would have been covered by the fire insurance Tom? Unless they were under insured or something, which is possible.

Grand National's operations have been ruined by Kumbak.

FIXED.

In all honesty, the same thing happened to Stampida after Kumbak got their grubby little hands on it. It used to take forever to dispatch, then, they used to slow down to a non-existent speed to line up on the lift hill before speeding up again. It used to ride fantastic too, until the new **** trains. At least they've not changed the riding experience, it's still as brutal as ever

Out of curiosity, have they changed that Turnaround into a normal corner and eradicated the backwards section like they said they were going to do? I can't work it out from the angles to the images on that video.

Even so, they had to invest in a new braking and control system, because replacing the old man-pulling-a-lever system with just that would never get passed by the HSE.
