Parques Reunidos reviewing whether to sell/merge U.S parks

Hershend announced the deal as done today! The two dozen former Parques Reunidos/Palace Entertainment USA properties have joined the Dollywood, Silver Dollar City, and Kentucky Kingdom ownership group.
