What's new

Parks on Google Streetview

- Alton Towers
- Thorpe Park
- Chessington
- LEGOLAND Windsor
- Universal Orlando Resort
- Disneyland Paris
- Weymouth SEA LIFE Park

All I can think of at the mo. I think LEGOLAND California is covered as well.

Dear god, if goign to PleasureBeach wasn't as putrid and as much of a chore in "real life", you can now do it virtually? Dear god.

There's actually quite a lot of parks that do this. The more well known ones anyway.

I guess it's........interesting that these places are on Google Street View but doesn't anybody agree that this kind of....spoils the magic in a way? I know that in my experience my favourite thing about visiting a new park is finally being able to see what the place looks like in real life.

Now TusenFryd is on as well. I especially like the views of SpeedMonster. Check it out!

I did Six Flags Great Adventure on Google Street View, I'd imagine other Six Flags parks are on it too.

Hershey Park is on there. Wandered the entire park on it.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg aswell...

I'm never going to an actual theme park again now that I can experience them on Street View.

How long will it be before the "Well, from what I've seen on Street View...." arguments become as popular as the "Well, from the POV ..." nuggets of genius we get treated to currently?

Just found out, Tusenfryd has one of these and was apparently one of the first to actually have it.

^I just found that out, too!

Five posts above yours. x

Great idea! To save myself a lot of money I fully intend to Street View around the big American parks I cannot afford to go to. I'll navigate up to a ride entrance, go stand in my garden for 40 minutes and then come back to watch the POV on YouTube... I might even rock around in my chair for added realism.

I'm looking forward to answering trip planning questions with "google it, you moron!"

I've ONLY just noticed it since you posted, that's amazing. On a side not, it's MUCH better in it's location at the top of the hill now, it makes it stand out a hell of a lot more than when it was in Iberia.

Many of the Cedar Fair parks as well:

California's Great America
Worlds of Fun (and Oceans of Fun)
Michigan's Adventure
Cedar Point
Kings Island
Canada's Wonderland (which is odd to me that they didn't wait until Leviathan was finished)
Dorney Park

And quite a few Six Flags parks:

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
Six Flags Magic Mountain
Six Flags St. Louis
Six Flags Great Adventure
Six Flags New England
The Great Escape

And for some reason the entire parking lot of Six Flags Great America, but nothing within the park.
