Ohio State vs Iowa PTR! 11/14/09

I decided to buy tickets to the last Ohio State home game of the season, which would end up being for the Big Ten title and a chance to go to the Rose Bowl.

What luck?

I bought essentially the same seats, just on the other side of the Shoe.

My Ticket!

I arrived JUST in time to see the most legendary college football band tradition there is.. Script Ohio.

It was the first time I'd seen it as the last game we got there a little late.

"Land of the free.."

Also, since it was broadcast nationally on ABC, we would have a special partner in the sky..

Our friend who we accompanied to the game. She didn't have as close to as good of seats as we did.. but she loved it either way.


Overall.. it might have been the best experience of my life. I had so much fun, through the ups and downs, the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to go back for next season to the best place to watch a game, Ohio Stadium. You cannot go wrong with over 105,000 people.

Looks fun yet again! And that stadium looks absolutely packed, I'd get claustrophobic! That's sad that your friend had to sit like, away from you guys though, haha. At least she liked it!

Man I saw this game on TV and I felt the exhilaration just sitting on the couch. Kudos to Ohio State for making the Rose Bowl, and it looks like you had a great time. Nice report :--D

It was really epic. If you haven't been to a big time, when something is on the line, football game.. you really haven't lived.

Rivalry games, something I hope to roll to next year (OSU-Mich), are something I haven't experienced but cannot wait to see.

RCF.. go to a Texas game.. they have plenty of time left.

And if Texas makes it to the Big XII Championship game (which they will) I'm probably going to go to Cowboy's Stadium and see it.

I'll stick to high school ball for the time being. Our football team has a legit chance of being state champs this year, which would be unbelievable*.

*Ironically, our theme for football and Homecoming this year is "Believe!"

We like to treat those less advantaged people to the north with grammar lessons every once in a while.


And things change once you get older.. and in college.. lol
