New Rocket Coaster for Triumph Kingdom, China

I love the intamin half pipes. Ive ridden and enjoyed Surf Rider many many times. That ride looks pretty cool id like to see how it turns out.

Well the first major coaster to be built on site is neither a rocket or an Impulse.... Unfortunately its an uninspiring choice we have seen throughout China recently. Not sure if it is a Golden Horse or Vekoma model though.

I hate to break the news...but the SLC is built by Golden horse!

RCDB:
Roller Coaster: unknown
Amusement Park: Triumph Kingdom (Wuqing, Tianjin, China)
Classification: Roller Coaster
Type: Steel - Inverted
Status: Under Construction opening 4/2012
Make / Model: Golden Horse / All Models / Suspended Roller Coaster (XGC-20A)
Inversions: 4
Elements: Loop
Cobra Roll
In-Line Twist (looks more like a zero-g to me)

And oh dear. This park looks like it will have a Golden Horse spinning coaster too...

^ yup its already up.

There's still 2 coasters to go according to the map. One we know is the U shaped topside impulse and the other could be anything at this moment. The SLC Korma seen above is actually in the site the map suggested the rocket was.

^Oops.

Rcdb (I know I always use it) only states 3 coasters, it says the "Intamin one" is...

In an artist's drawing found online this roller coaster appears to be an Intamin built Accelerator Coaster very similar to if not identical to the Xcelerator at Knott's Berry Farm (Buena Park, California, USA). Other information online has suggested this will be a new Intamin design called a "Impulse Coaster Top Side". This new design could be described as a cross between an Intamin Half Pipe and a Intamin Impulse Coaster.

And whats bad about having a Korma themed coaster? Free curry?? :--D
Welcome to curryland...

They might repaint it though...

The park has released a number of promotional construction images.
The most interesting of which shows a Mack Style Super Splash (Can anyone confirm its a knock off or is it a mack?) and there are some pictures of the two Golden Horse rides we already knew about
