New Oaks Park Coaster Leak

Sorry about the quality, the picture was taken of a display by a phone and by another phone. I can only make out that it says oaks park and 2 roller coaster 3d models, the top one looked like a wild mouse but I have no idea what the second one was.

Looks like they’re sipping from the Gerstlauer kool aid again. I’d say these are the images;

Plans for the new Wild Swing attraction at Plopsa Indoor Coevorden in Dalen, Netherlands, have been put on hold. In September, park officials announced plans to install the Art Engineering ride for €1.2 million. About a half dozen wild swings are operating in small parks throughout continental Europe, including Erlebnispark Tripsdrill and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf Elstal. Executives for the Plopsa Group, the park's parent company, say they are reviewing the long-term strategy for Plopsa Indoor Coevorden, which may include the addition of new attractions. Concept art of the ride's theme.

Winnoland will be opening a Vekoma junior coaster Kalypso model for 2025, they also have a Zamperla magic bikes themed to dinosaurs coming next year.

Nice coaster for this small park and i like the train design concept.

Here it is, looking good:

Looks fine I guess but I don't see the advantage of using a launch like that versus technology we've already seen since the 90s with master blasters, whether it be a water curtain kind or more new yet still over a decade old magnet type

Perhaps it's better marketable as a 'dry' water slide, at least compared to the water blast kind? The person in the video did ride it fully clothed.

That's what I thought but then if you look closely at parts there are holes in the base where water gets in to.

GYPB have just released this statement regarding their outlook on the 2025 season:

Nothing to exciting to report however it does mention a "safari themed bus ride" to open this summer. :)

Now, I may be over thinking this, but it also mentions the park have been working with Thorpe on enhancing in-park audio systems. This park also currently owns and operates the old Big Apple from Alton Towers. Given this ongoing relationship with Merlin/Tussauds, could this new "safari themed bus ride" be the one currently in Chessington's Wild Asia area? Believe Chessington's is getting removed to make way for Minecraft so could easily have been sold on..

That would be a good shout but I think the Chessington one is just getting moved to the other side of the park for the new 2026 land: https://coasterforce.com/forums/threads/chessington-world-of-adventures-holding-public-consultation-regarding-“current-proposals-and-new-developments”-potential-new-attraction.47131/post-1183423

Re: Great Yarmouth - I can't help but think amusement parks should get more help, especially the seaside parks. They really make the places worth going to. Seems crazy to me that the big wooden coasters at places like Southend and Felixstowe were just allowed to be torn down. Anyway, I look forward to hearing the plans for the Log Flume Lake.

This is a little bit late, but Dreamland, Margate is getting a log flume for 2025. Apparently it's the one that closed in 2016. I can't actually find a record for that one, though... I know they had a Reverchon flume that closed in 2003, but I'm not sure who made the more recent one.
There was a log flume at Dreamland that was in storage that never got used at Dreamland and was sold on. This came from Bulgaria.

The New for 2025 Log Flume is a different one and is none other than Raging River that used to be at Paultons Park last year.

That is some good news, but how is everything going with their Scenic Railway?

Happened on a little something that's been set up over the last month. New park in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, named after 19th-century politician Baitik Baatyr, set to open in the first half of 2025.

See now this ride here is a Pax Bumerang 4-D shuttle coaster;

Here's a couple of drone videos spaced two weeks apart, most recent (photo above) is from this week;

This be the Pax Bumerang concept that surfaced in May 2023, had a good laugh at it then and still are now. Audio is kinda ****e pop though, mind your ears;

Kyrgyzstan/Russia trip next year, anyone?
Little state of affairs on this. Government has just hit the park with a crippling fine of 20K Soms ($230.33 USD, 180.16 quid) for testing their rides with humans before the state was due to inspect them. But lo and behold, the Bumerang is alive!
