Still wanna work this into my June road trip but with Kennywood still up in the air I'm not sure. I haven't been since 2008 but I might just push it back till next year and lump it with Hershey (and Kennywood if Steel Curtain fails to open.)

So, I couldn’t get to the park in Summer 2019 as hoped, as a concussion meant I had to cut short my coastering. But I am hoping to hit this park in Summer of 2020.
However, I just heard third hand that Leap-the-Dips has been SBNO despite the park’s reopening. This is not from a reliable source, but before I start cementing plans for next season, I thought I’d ask here. Can anyone confirm that Leap-the-Dips is truly back open with the park and operating through its seasons?

I’ve now booked a summer coaster trip as part of which I’ll be in Altoona in the evening of July 27. I really hope I will have somewhere to go that evening other than our hotel.
I fear a sad evening in which we enter the park and just look at Leap-the-Dips. ?

Although the small irony here is after trying to ride this for the last three years, yesterday I canceled all of my hotel reservations for a summer coaster trip I planned many months ago — including my booked hotel in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
