You can buy a big box of glazed Krispy Kremes in American Walmarts for not-too-much, and I think they're delicious.
Just plain rings glazed in icing. I can see how some people may find them 'sickly', but I could devour them in no time whatsoever. :)

Dunkin' Donuts, on the other hand, is bleh.
 
Just another doughnut to me really.

However, whenever we go to Thorpe Park with a certain friend of mine, we always have to stop off at South Mimms service station, why? Toilet? Paper? Drink? no, so she can spend about £78 on Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
 
They're okay, but I'm not a huge donut (doughnut?) fan. I'm happy with regular jam filled ones from Sainsburys. I find too that I feel a bit full and gross before the end of the donut - they're just too sweet and too sickly, but they are very good quality. I'm thinking about the Merlin ones too now Joey has mentioned them and they're nasty. I think we tend to either have very fatty, more oil than dough fried crap, or well cooked but stale as ****. KK get it right.

How is it pronounced though? Crispy Cream, or Crispy Crem?

It's Cream. I don't think I've ever heard someone say Crem. :lol:

I think they're good, but only in moderation. I could never binge eat them as they're too sickly for me really.

I can't remember who it was I was talking to when I first heard them called "crem", but they corrected me and had that "you're such a fool for calling them cream, you're an idiot!" attitude that made me wonder if they could be right. You know the kind of person who makes corrects the way your name is pronounced and makes you think twice about whether you're doing it right or not? :lol:

Anyway, I shall confidently call them Krispy Kream from now on (with a very hard K) and if anyone corrects me, I'll point them to the internet and call them an idiot :)

I love at Krispy Kreme they would always give you a free donut when you came in. Plus you got a donut per each A on a report card. I haven't had a fresh Krispy Kreme in a long time. They used to have one by SFGAm but it closed
 
Love Krispy Kreme, they're everywhere in Northern Virginia so it isn't hard to get a fresh donut every morning.
 
I dunno, I prefer normal jam doughnuts to all the fancy doughnuts Krispy Kreme do, so I prefer the doughnuts from the bakery haha
 
I flipping love them. I haven't had one in absolutely bloomin ages though. This needs to be rectified!
