Rach was busy last night so I didn't get round to typing up part 3. But here it is anyway!
Part 3 focuses on Sunday.
Sunday started with a host of sleepy and hungover CFers. As the morning progressed from 8am, everyone got up and began the tedious task of packing away our home for the night.
Only myself seemed to be able to remember any of the previous nights events and spent a bit of the morning explaining the parts I could remember.
While people slept and Brad disassembled the tent of crap, I cleaned out the rubbish from the car and assisted the clean up operation around the tent of crap and rah.
We managed to fill 2 black bags full of crap, most of which was alcohol related.
Our time target to get off the campsite was around 9:40 and after lots of waiting around for Vadge, we paid and headed back to the cars before embarking on the small drive to the Tesco/McDonalds.
We were misinformed of the Tesco playing host to a café. So while the car of rah stopped at Tesco to find food, myself, Vadge and Ian headed to the McDonalds right next door.
Once McDonalds and Tesco foodage was consumed, we headed back to the cars for the short drive to Robin Hill.
Robin Hill is owned by the same group that owns Blackgang. So yet again, Rah done the maths and saved us a small sum of money.
Once we got in, the first thing we decided to do was the T.I.M.E simulator. I don't recall actually every doing a simulator, so this was yet another first for me.
I was not impressed by it, it shook far too much, but the feeling of flying was pretty awesome. This simulator was described as a hangover remover and a hangover starter.
Once the simulator was done, we exited onto a small obstacle course which was small and very un-obstacle like. The main obstacle for me was not falling over while Stone Cold bounced up and down on the drawbridges and not twatting my head on the wooden ledges.
We were disappointed that half of the course was closed, but this meant we found our own amusement by throwing conkers at each other.
As our main intention at Robin Hill was the toboggan run, we headed down in that general direction past lots of stupid things. Like spirally climbing things that make grown men fear for their lives by the time they get to the top.
The holes on this climbing thing were big enough for Ed to fall down, as demonstrated here.
Meanwhile, back down at the bottom of the hill, Stone Cold was wiping the bird ****e off his hand onto Brad's jacket. There was a reason behind why it was Brad, this reason has however been forgotten along with a lot of Sunday.
We continued to walk down the hill after we had amused ourselves with spirally climby thing and wiping bird ****e on people's jackets. However, on our journey down, we found noise making machines which can only mean one thing. A LOT of noise was created!
Stone Cold + noise making things = a hell of a lot of noise.
Once we had all got headaches from the noise, we continued our decent of the rest of the hill and soon ended up at the other end of the park where slides and the toboggan run are located.
The first thing we done was the toboggan which set us back another £1.50 each. It was a very fun toboggan and didn't require any breaking until right at the end. The lift went on for quite some time, but was worth it. Defiantly one of the main ride highlights of the weekend.
Once everyone had tobogganed, we noticed some slides similar to those on the Snakes and Ladders course at Blackgang. However, these were ignored and we decided on doing the astro glide.
We shouted down to the staff at the bottom to see if we could ride, they said yes, but be warned you will get a wet arse.
And a wet arse is what we got.
There wasn't much speed and they required us to push ourselves down most of the way until nearer the bottom when everyone flew down.
Peter, Stone Cold and Brad decided on having another go, while the rest of us watched rather than getting a further wet arse.
Dry at the moment.
Getting slightly moist
And fully wet here
Once we had amused ourselves on those, we noticed a bit of an obstacle course, but naturally, our only intention was the zip line thing which if you are any heavier or taller than me, Brad or Ed, you would scrape the floor.
We all were becoming quite bored by now. Ian and Vadge took a walk around the fishy lake, while the rest of us played on swings and some water thing that just kept squirting water randomly.
By now, everyone was becoming bored and the delayed hangovers from that morning were starting to make an appearance.
So we all crashed out on the moist grass before deciding that we would try and make the half 12 ferry back to mainland.
After a while we decided to move and head back up the the top of the park to leave and make the ferry, but on the way up we got distracted by the café and ended up having more ice products. We realised what time it was (about 10 to 12) and thought bollox to that ferry so we faffed in the shop before heading back to the cars.
We got back to the port at 25 past 12 after going the wrong way to check in and getting a bolloxing of some guy. A few apologies later, we checked in and were beckoned straight on to the ferry with a few minutes to go!
We made base in the lounge thing this time round as the delayed hangovers had made their appearance. The ferry left on time and we were heading back to mainland.
We took up 3 sofas for the first 15 minutes. Ian and Vadge on one (with Ian asleep) Peter and Stone Cold on another and me and Brad on another with Brad asleep.
After about 15/20 minutes, we started graffitiing Ian with stickers from McDonalds that we had picked up earlier to annoy Stone Cold with.
This made us all laugh a lot, Stone Cold got photographic evidence (if I had, the shutter noise would've woke Ian up). Me, getting slightly bored and feeling the come down coming on, I went up to top deck to take a few more photos.
After about 10 minutes of being swept around the top deck due to the wind, I went back downstairs to continue watching Ian being graffitied on. By this time, the stickers had moved to his head making funny shapes on.
I sat down again for around 10 minutes, before me and Peter went for a walk around top deck again.
By this time, we were off the Solent and going up Southampton Waters meaning we were about half way there.
After not very long, me and Peter got bored of the top deck, so went back downstairs to see Ian just waking up and noticing the stickers. Everyone but Ian and Vadge discussed where we would like the Euro Live to be next year and other possible Euro trips for next year.
This took us right up to the time we needed to be back in the cars ready to disembark.
Sad times occurred here, I was gutted to be back on mainland! So had a spell of quietness on the way to Ian's so that Vadge could pick up the Vadge mobile and drive to Clarence before departing for home.
We got back to Ian's, both Peter and Vadge got their stuff out the car before Peter got back into the Rah car and Vadge into her own. I jumped into the front and we departed for Portsmouth.
Our first stop half an hour later was at Clarence Pier on the seafront. Portsmouth was very very busy and we spent a good 10 minutes looking for a parking space. Once we found one, we got out the car, paid and displayed and headed for the toilets!
Portsmouth looking out to IoW!
So we all got our tokens and headed for the credit which was full of vibrating bottomness and Pinfari goodness. That's another one ticked off on the list.
Seeing as that was the only thing we wanted to do there, we headed back to the cars. Vadge was departing for home, so we said bye to her, before jumping back in our cars and heading down to Funland.
This place was very empty.
Funland was purely an add on credit trip for us whores. Only me, Ed, Brad and Stone Cold got wristbands.
The first stop there was the Super Dragon which was relocated from Drayton Manor last year so they could make room for Troublesome Trucks.
It was as lame as I remember and I ended up slipping and sliding around the car. 3 laps were 2 to many.
Once that was done, Brad, Stone Cold and Ed all went on the Helter Skelter.
Once this was done, we went on Woody's coaster next. This is also a kiddie coaster but we all needed the credit so on we went! Lame comes to mind.
While waiting for this, we admired how painful Klondike looked. And it looked very painful. So that we could complete the coaster run as quickly as possible, we went on.
I hadn't rode it while it was at Drayton Manor, which looking at it now is a good thing as it was rough and painful, though no where near as bad as Tornado at M&Ds.
So we had rounded up the credits and headed for the food place a the 'park'. We had a variety of products like chips and sausages and fish cakes.
By this time, we were bored and left after the food was consumed. We headed our separate ways for the first time that weekend. Stone Cold headed back into Portsmouth to drop Ed off at the train station before heading home and me, Ian and Peter headed back to Southampton.
I still had absolutely ages till my train, so we went back to Ian's so Peter could get going. I sorted out all my crap into bags that was running around the back of the car before heading back to the cho cho station via a petrol station.
I still had a good 50 minutes till my train, Ian offered to wait for a while which I was very appreciative of. So we sat in the car for half an hour before I decided to empty the boot of my crap.
I had entirely too many bags for my own good, so Ian leant me a very useful Lidl bag which I managed to cram my tent/bag of crap and airbed into.
This saved me a lot of faff on the train.
10 past 6 came and I said bye to Ian and thanked him for the most awesome weekend ever, before going to wait on the platform. Train came and the bloody trolley was in the way so I couldn't get to my seat, so dumped my stuff on another empty seat and waiting for trolley man to move.
He did eventually. I played Tetris with the luggage on the luggage rack and kicked a bloke out my seat. Why can't people read?! The sign clearly said the seat was reserved between Southampton Airport and Birmingham New Street!
I was nearly at Winchester before I got settled. The next 2 hours flew by! I think I dozed off between Reading and Oxford/Banbury. By 9 I was at New Street and half 9 I was home (after the taxi driver got a bit lost)
I just want to end with saying that I had the most amazing birthday that I've ever had and can't thank Ian, Vadge, Stone Cold, Brad, Ed and Peter enough for the most fantastic couple of days and most fantastic birthday! Thanks for everything over the weekend including the cards and Ian for all the driving and Vadge for tent space.
You guys are truly awesome, now when is that next camping/beach party?!
If anyone wants to see the full Facebook album, it's

Yet again, thanks for the best birthday ever! If anybody ever wants to celebrate their birthday in style, that is the way to do it! Thanks everyone!
