Ride of Steel at Darien Lake is the only one I can think of.
Didn't you ride Shockwave at Kings Dominion during the Live?

I've survived all three of the Superman Ride of Steels, that has to count for something.

And Perilous Plunge wasn't a perilous plunge for me.

Great Nor'Easter at Moreys Piers
Revolution at SFMM
Dragon at Rye Playland
Rolling Thunder at SFGAdv

Everything I've done at the Disney Parks.

Pndol...

Tomahawk, Scream etc. that have spited workers.

I also love how reading through that site it's like "ANOTHER inflatable blows away" haha. My favourite thing ever <3

A 73-year-old man who "died of natural causes due to a heart condition" three days after riding on Space Mountain doesn't make the coaster a death cred.

And no one died on Expedition Everest. If you check the footnote, the link points to this:
A 30-year-old Indiana man who wore a pacemaker lost consciousness and later died at a hospital after going on the Dinosaur ride at Disney's Animal Kingdom in April, said a report the state released Friday.
Don't believe everything you read on wiki.

If it's not listed here http://www.coasterforce.com/coasters/accidents or here http://www.rideaccidents.com/, then it really doesn't count.

Why are there so many accidents at Disney Parks? Or is it just proportional to their guest numbers?
