I've been to Europa Park's and going to Toverland's and perhaps to Walibi Holland's this month.
I've decided I'm not a big fan of Halloween though. The park theming (like the millions of pumpkins plonked in Europa) do very little for me, I don't find it even remotely scary and I find the entire atmosphere to be tacky and meh. I'm a massive fan of dark and grim themes, something like Mystery Castle or Spookslot/Vliegende Hollander. But the more horror-ish themes with clowns, chainsaws and half-naked zombie nurses is not really my style. All in all I just find it the least magical time of the year while it's also one of the most crowded ones. Hopefully visiting the two aforementioned parks will change my mind, and otherwise there's the best time of the year to look forward to next, winter theme-parking <3
