After having inverted the colours of the image, then it became much easier to have a guess on it.
It's a Dragon and it's located at Donghu Park.

Hmm, this picture don't come from RCDB, right?
I would guess that it's made by Overland Company, by looking at the track profile.

And the only one on RCDB is the High Speed Thrill Coaster at Knoebels, so I will guess on that.
