There are a few interesting skyscraper/tower projects going on in China at the moment, but there is one of them that stands out by having a ride (at least) at the top of the observational deck.
The Guangzhou TV Tower is a 610m (2000ft) tall tower that is still under construction, and on the observation deck/roof at the 450m (1500ft) over the ground there will be a "observation" ride that will be made by the same company that made the London eye.
A ride around the edge would take about 20-40 minutes.

In the initial plan there were talks about a "gravity ride" that would extend 50m (160ft) over it the observational deck, but it's unclear if it have been scrapped or not.
