As good as Lost Gravity rides, you can't deny the trains look just as awkward on the track. They're just as wide as they are long, I'm not sure how to make them look good in all honesty.

I don't get the fuss with why people dislike these trains? Sure, they're not brilliant, but they're simple and effective.

I guess at a time where we're spoilt for choice with some excellently themed trains, this feels a little lacklustre. But in it's own right, it's fine?

I also feel like I'm pretty much alone in not thinking they're bad at all.
Also quite comfortable to ride...

I quite like them too, they fit the theme. They look better than most Eurofighter cars.

EDIT:- I've noticed some metal framework underneath the wing seats that aren't present on lost gravity that kind of looks like a footrest. Any idea what it could be for?

Good spot @CrashCoaster - an interesting addition to the cars. Can't really see any infallible reason why they'd be there, but could hazard a guess that they're to stop guests feet being able to go too far backwards (thinking like those bars under airplane seats). Can't see why they'd be required though, as what would be the risk if they did?

EDIT: Only other thought (which came to me as I hit submit) - could they be for an additional, yet to be attached, bit of decoration? Don't look like they've got any fastening points though...

The cars are growing on me. I'd like to see a better testing video soon though, and some good offride shots.

I do think the added steel on the cars could be for making the boarding process easier, and also to stop your feet from reaching the people's feet behind if they stretch their legs far enough, rather than an added piece of theming. Although I haven't ridden Lost Gravity, so I am unsure as to how the trains feel onride, and the boarding process.

They looked too far back to me to be some sort of step, especially given that you'll be stepping backwards onto it. But maybe you're right...

New massive update from the ride's website:-
Photos are in no particular order, and taken from different times. And yes, I am aware a few have already been posted earlier in the thread.

I don't think the trains are too horrible. I mean, you don't put dynamite in a barrel, but in a box. At least the wood looks realistic and it's fairly unique.

I feel like Dynamite will be the sleeper hit of 2019. At least on English-based forums like this, it's not receiving too much hype - I think that Dynamite's tight transitions, punchy elements and intense-looking maneuvers will make for a thrilling coaster!

I'm not sure if this has been said on here, but Dynamite is officially slated to open on 18th May.

I hope it ends up soft opening though, given I'm there a week earlier....
Ugh. I’ve been in that situation — just a little too early to experience a new ride.

But I’ll be at Plohn on July 25, so I’m excited!

Visited the park yesterday.

Still some work going on, with new fencing going round the perimeter of the ride. Almost feels like TUV said that fences the park had installed were too low so the park knee-jerked and have installed large fenced everywhere. Some random painting and work near the station to be done as well.

No testing, and the track looks so new it hardly looks like a train has been round the track.

Ride does look fun, but Plohn itself is such a meh and burdenous park I'd be surprised if I ever end up riding it. Shame.
